The reverse osmosis process can be incorporated into a variety of applications:
Water purification, wastewater treatment, food processing or pharmaceutical processing.
The significance of reverse osmosis over other methods for separation problems is a low energy requirement. The only energy needed is the pressure to force the fluid through the semi-permeable membrane. This is provided by a high pressure pump driven by electric motor or gas engine.
In water purification, the feed solution is forced across the membrane at pressures generally 1000 PSI or less. As the solution permeates the membrane, the salt and other organics are removed and carried through the system in a solutions called concentrate. A high pressure Cat Pump forces this feed solution through the membrane causing the separation of the salt ions and the water molecules, resulting in a new solution called permeate.
This process has extensive capabilities for both larger and smaller requirements. Either larger or smaller flow Cat Pumps can be substituted, and the membrane fibres can be adjusted to accommodate various fluids or allow for varying degrees of filtration. Micro Misting & Cooling
High pressure micro misting systems offer comfortable outdoor environments during high-heat days and have many applications including:
Agriculture applications, broiler house cooling, amusement parks, hotels, resorts, patios, bus stops, restaurants, sports stadiums, decks.
High pressure micro misting and fogging systems provide a significant temperature drop . Water is pumped through high pressure atomizing nozzles resulting in a fine mist that immediately evaporates (called “flash evaporation”), cooling the surrounding area. High pressure mist systems are the most economical and efficient choice for outdoor cooling.
Spray Nozzles
Spray nozzles are always subject to abrasion as they are constantly exposed to the flow of liquid at high speed. The Ceramic orifice of CERJET spray nozzles has an outstanding wear-resistance, with a hardness of 7 on the Mohs scale. These nozzles can last 20-30 time longer than stainless steel nozzles and several hundred times longer than brass ones.

Control:
The feed assembly to the flexible lance or hose shall be fitted with either a dump system or a dry shutoff control valve. The operator inserting the nozzle shall maintain control of the dump system.
Reversing:
A positive method shall be used to prevent the nozzle from reversing direction inside the item being cleaned.
Retro Jet Use:
During manual operations, the entrance to a line or pipe shall not be cleaned with a nozzle containing backward facing jets without adequate shielding. If this is not available, then some other method of cleaning the entrance shall be used.
Clearance:
The clearance between the outside diameter of the hose, lance and nozzle assembly and the inside wall of the item being cleaned shall be sufficient to allow adequate washout of water and debris.
Moleing:
An application whereby a hose fitted with a nozzle is inserted into, and retracted from, the interior of a tube. It is a system commonly used with a self-propelling nozzle for cleaning the internal surfaces of pipes or drains.

Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Equipment
Hydrostatic Pressure Testing is a way in which leaks can be detected in pressure vessels or pipelines. The test involves filling the pipe or vessel with water at the required pressure to ensure that it will not leak or is damaged. It is the most common method employed for testing pipes and vessels. Using this test helps maintain safety standards and durability of a vessel over time. Newly manufactured pieces are certified using the hydrostatic test. Hydrostatic testing is also a way in which a gas pressure vessel, such as a gas cylinder or a boiler is checked for leaks or flaws.
